Common questions
How do I stop seeing requests I do not want?
Your lead settings decide which services you offer and how far you will travel for each one, separately. A job outside them never reaches you, and you can change them whenever you like.
Do you take a commission on the work?
No. What you quote and what you get paid is between you and the buyer — we never see the invoice and never take a cut.
Who else sees the same request?
A shortlist, not the whole market: replies are capped at 5. Each request shows how many sellers have already responded, so you can tell whether it is still worth your time before you spend any.
What happens after I respond?
The buyer is emailed as soon as you reply, and sees your answer alongside the others. If they choose you, it shows on the request — there is no separate bidding round to sit through.
